After 27 wonderful years, it is with a heavy heart that we announce the closing of Spa W.  This decision was not planned out, but rather a difficult decision we arrived at over the past couple of weeks, after meeting with the appropriate consultants.   

Unfortunately, we filed for Chapter 7 bankruptcy on October 17, 2025.  

The filing of the bankruptcy imposes an “automatic stay” against collection activities. This means that creditors may not take action to collect debts from Spa W or Spa W property. Creditors of any sort cannot sue, assert a deficiency, repossess property, or otherwise try to collect from Spa W. Creditors cannot demand repayment from Spa W by mail, phone, text, email or otherwise. Creditors who violate the stay can be required to pay actual and punitive damages as well as attorney’s fees.
